Calculators and demonstrations

The workflow lab and value calculator run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to a PillarRelay application server, CRM or email service. The demonstration uses fictional records and performs no real dispatch or claim decision.

Project brief builder

Brief fields remain in the page’s memory while you use it. This site does not save them to local storage or a project database. Choosing “Send project inquiry” transmits the reviewed project and contact details to PillarRelay’s inquiry service for storage in the private Homeowner Alliance admin queue. An internal email alert contains a reference and sign-in link. Inquiry records include the request time and a one-way connection identifier for abuse screening. They are not automatically assigned to contractors or added to a marketing list. Copying uses your clipboard; downloading saves a text file to your device. “Open email draft” passes the brief to your email app. You review and choose whether to send it.

Email correspondence

If you send a project inquiry to tom@homeowner-alliance.com, the information is handled through that mailbox to discuss and respond to your request. Include only information you are authorized to share. Do not email credentials, customer records or sensitive regulated data as part of an initial inquiry.

Hosting and external links

Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, time and requested URL, for delivery and operational logs. This release adds no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Portfolio links open separate websites with their own policies.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact tom@homeowner-alliance.com to ask about information you sent by email. Closing or reloading this page clears the tool’s in-page state; files you download and email drafts remain under your control.
